ESTABLISHMENT

The law firm was founded on April 1, 2020, and consists of 3 partners-lawyers Antun Schmidt, Vladimir Schmidt and Darko Mundweil, in addition to whom the law firm also employs lawyer Ljerka Šmit-Primorac. The law firm was formed by merging of the law firm of Antun Schmidt, founded in 1992, then established as a joint law office, and the law office of Darko Mundweil, which has since operated successfully as a law firm based in Osijek, registered in the Register of Law Firms of the Croatian Bar Association in Zagreb.

Our law firm has established cooperation with law offices in Zagreb, Varaždin, Rijeka, Zadar and Split, which opens up additional opportunities for the timely provision of legal services throughout the Republic of Croatia. German and English are used in the provision of legal services, and interpreters for other foreign languages are used if necessary.
